WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Support Brand Manager to manage a D2C brand or online business independently
• Data-driven content strategy & campaign execution

• Plan, develop & execute monthly content creation and thematic promotional campaigns and own the campaigns revenue
• Set measurement metrics, measure and analyse the effectiveness of content & marketing campaigns; and continuously optimise content based on data including online & offline ads, website, marketplace, EDM, etc.
• Work closely with the regional brand team to create localised content that resonates with the local region’s needs and pain points.

• Boost online sales & performance analytics

• Develop the local marketing strategy and platform optimisation to support Country Manager on achieving business growth, market penetration and cost-effective customer acquisition.
• Take ownership of the online sales revenue and pioneer testing on new growth channels.

• Partnership Building and Management

• Establish contacts with key press, KOLs and micro influencers to achieve press & social media mentions and content creation.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Possess truly exceptional writing skills in native Traditional Chinese and able to develop advertising copy that sells.
• Proven track record of formulating result-driven content, CRM or performance marketing strategies especially in the FMCG field.
• Familiar with hair styling & personal care trend
• Data-driven decision maker
• Able to deploy and utilise metrics to measure content success.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in marketing field
• Familiar with marketing and reporting tools including Google Analytics 4,Google Tag Manager, LOOKER, etc will be a bonus.
• Immediate available is highly preferred
