之前嚟諮詢過嘅嗰位職員態度10分良好，而且對於你哋嘅產品知識好足夠我先至打算買你哋嘅產品，但我今次嚟消費嘅職員唔係我上次諮詢嘅果位職員，就令我個體驗十分之感覺唔良好，首先因為我喺網上睇到有人評價你哋嘅風筒會容易發熱，所以我先至去門市度問再清楚職員，我想試吓可唔可以開八至十分鐘睇吓個風筒會唔會熱，然後你個職員就用一個好惡劣嘅態度同我講完全唔會，然後覺得我要試好似浪費佢時間好荒謬咁嘴臉及態度！但由於當時我都急住要買一個風筒，如果唔係我會因為呢一個職員我唔會去買！此外，我知道你哋係有活動抽波波，當時同事完全冇表達過俾我聽，然後就掛住招呼另外一位行入嚟嘅顧客，無視我! 雖然當時我已經比完錢，但係我仲有資訊想問，然後我就只有等佢招呼完嗰位冇光顧嘅顧客先至可以輪到我問問題，我知道你哋係新加坡品牌都係國際嘅都市，冇理由請嘅職員會係差別咁大！！！此外，琴日我有位朋友都去幫襯同一間分店，我朋友都係話個職員態度好參差！另外我朋友亦有抽獎活動嘅禮品，而我當天係沒有的，很難再介紹朋友去購買你哋嘅產品！
