HU600 Professional Hairdryer 14-Day “Try Me” Trial Terms and Conditions

The HU600 Professional Hairdryer 14-Day “Try Me” Trial Program is applicable to all purchases of HU600 Professional Hairdryer made on between 6 June and 30 June, 2024.

Trial Period:
Upon a successful transaction, stryv Hong Kong Limited (“stryv”) will charge the full amount of the product. Customers will then have a 14-day trial period for the HU600 Professional Hairdryer, The trial period commences from the day the customer receives the product, as determined by the delivery date recorded in the internal system of stryv.

Return Policy:
Should customers wish to return the HU600 Professional hairdryer  (Excluding hair mask products) within the 14-day trial period, they must contact our Customer Service via email: to initiate the return process. The product must be in below listed product condition.

Product Condition:
Customers are responsible for maintaining the product in good condition throughout the trial period. This includes:

  1. Avoiding any unreasonable and/or intentional damage and wear to the product.
  2. Ensuring that all accessories provided with the product are included and remain intact.
  3. Safely keeping all original outer boxes.

Product Collection and Evaluation
Please note that in order to return a product, it must be sent to our stryv warehouse. Upon receipt, our staff members will perform a brief evaluation to assess its condition. It is important to highlight that stryv retains the right to determine the eligibility of the returned product based on its condition after collection.
If the product is not in good condition after the trial period, the following will apply:

  1. If the product is found to have suffered unreasonable and/or intentional damage, or if it exhibits excessive wear and tear beyond what is considered reasonable for normal usage during the trial period, stryv may deem the product ineligible for a refund.
  2. In such cases, customers may not be eligible for a full refund.
  3. stryv will communicate the decision regarding the eligibility of the returned product to the customer if refund request is rejected.
  4. Customers will be responsible for any costs incurred for the return of the product if it is deemed ineligible for a refund due to its condition.

Refund Processing:
Our Customer Service team will collect the necessary information from customers to facilitate the refund process. Customers who fail to provide the required information, such as the order number and credit card details, may not be eligible for a refund. The credit card used for the purchase on must match the credit card provided during participation in the Program.

Refund Process:
The refund process will be initiated automatically once the product is collected and deemed eligible. It typically takes approximately 30 working days to receive a full refund.
